Portland Locomotive Works is bringing the Southern Pacific Narrow Gauge Kearsarge Station to O scale. Based on prototype research and PLW's existing Kearsarge Station design, this substantial structure kit recreates one of the distinctive stations of Southern Pacific's Owens Valley narrow-gauge line.

Portland Locomotive Works is pleased to announce the forthcoming O-scale version of our Kearsarge Station kit.
Production and Shipping: This kit is currently being produced. Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for your order to ship.
Kearsarge was located on Southern Pacific's narrow-gauge line through California's Owens Valley. The station's distinctive architecture, broad roof, long platform and associated railroad details make it an especially attractive prototype for a narrow-gauge layout.
The new O-scale kit is being developed from PLW's existing Kearsarge Station design and prototype research. The larger scale allows the station's characteristic roof brackets, windows, doors, platform construction and other architectural details to become prominent features of the finished model.
This will be a substantial structure in O scale and is intended to serve as much more than a small lineside building. Kearsarge can become a major scene or focal point on an Owens Valley or Southern Pacific Narrow Gauge layout.
Currently in development. The illustrations shown are PLW 3D engineering and assembly renderings used in developing the kit. Photographs of the completed O-scale model, final dimensions, pricing and additional kit information will be added as development progresses.
